Male Candidate have to shift. There will be a week of NIGHT SHIFTS scheduled 5-6 weeks later.

Your Main Responsibility or Daily Task is:

Make bookings for flights, hotels, tours, activities, transfers, and other services. (Training Provided by us)
Be flexible with government holidays and follow the work schedule.
Answer customer calls, provide information about products/services, send quotes, and create invoices.
Communicate with customers via email, phone, social media, and in person.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while attracting new customers.
Use GDS systems like Sabre, Amadeus, and Galileo (training provided).
Plan travel itineraries based on provided flight and tour package details.
Respond to client queries online and offline. Explain tour packages and itineraries to clients. Stay updated on airline promotional offers.
Make and confirm bookings via GDS, online portals, email, or phone.
Manage online reservations and process ticket refunds.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Coordinate travel arrangements from start to finish.
Provide current travel-related information to customers.
Maintain professional communication standards with customers and suppliers.
Promote the business through social media and other platforms.
Submit daily work reports regularly.
Handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and relevant software is advantageous.
Address complaints, offer solutions, and follow up for resolution within deadlines.
